Upon receiving your order, we will begin processing it which takes on average 1-2 business days. Your product will then be shipped out, and a tracking number will be available at your account. Shipping takes 5-7 business days. Shipping is made via EMS/UPS/DHL/TNT.

In some instances, there may be a customs charge applied to your package (very rare). This is the buyer's responsibility.

Other countries Free Shipping Internationally for order is full $300.

Return Policy

All returns & exchanges must be requested within 14 days of the date the package was delivered. For return/exchange, shoes must be in brand new condition as received, with the original box they came with without any tape or marks on the shoebox. If the shoes are defective after being worn, then please contact the manufacturer to get a replacement.

Please submit your return request by email to chinastarshop@yahoo.com.cn with the information requested below by simply copying and pasting the info requested and include them in the email you are sending and we will send you the details on how to send the shoes back for refund or exchange, usually within 1~4 hour after your email is received.

Returns and exchanges packages sending back to ChinaStarShop.net must be post marked within 14 days from when your request has been approved. It will take 5-10 business days to process all returns and exchanges. If the return/exchange isn't returned within the allotted time, we will not be able to process your return/exchange and will send a money request for shipping fee to ship the package back.

Buyer pays for shipping back to ChinaStarShop.net in original condition & packaging. After inspection we will credit your acct in the amount the buyer paid for the shoes less standard shipping & handling fee. For all free shipping items, shipping & handling fee will be retained to cover shipping charge.

REFUND Guarantee:
If you are not satisfied with the goods, you can request a refund, including partial or full refund. And the precondition is that you have returned part of goods or the whole parcel.
We will refund you the total amount of returned item after we received all the goods in good condition.
For the refund of the returned items, customer must afford the return shipping fee.
Shipping is not refundable.
IMPORTANT: WE CAN NOT REFUND IF YOU DO NOT RETURN THE GOODS.
